Easter



We loved celebrating Easter with our girls for the first time. We are so thankful that Christ not only died for our sins, but He also rose and conquered death. He conquered all the pain and the hurt in this world. Every new moment with our babies is a joy! It is such a blessing to be able to experience life with them, and to watch them experience their world! We love you two! Happy Easter!

 

 

 The girls wore sweet bonnets to church on Sunday. Mary Kate were her Aunt Mary Catherine's bonnet from when she was a baby. Sally wore a bonnet that a sweet friend let me borrow. I loved seeing them in these bonnets. I thought they looked so sweet. Mary Kate (left), Sally (right).

 Glad we got a family picture. These are hard to come by!

 

It is such a blessing to have family in town, especially for a holiday. We had Ford's parents over for lunch on Sunday. I just realized we did not take any pictures. I am sad about this. Always love being with them. Grandmary and Evan also came in town and we loved spending time with them throughout the weekend. Here are Grandmary and Evan feeding the girls their dinner Easter night.

It was also really fun getting to see friends over the weekend. My high school friends got together at our house on Saturday. Always love getting to be with these friends. Also, loved getting to see Liza and her family on Saturday. Saturday night we went to the Easter Eve concert that IPC puts on. This is such a fun event, and one I look forward to each year!

 Grandmary loving on the girls. Grandmary bought the girls these adorable Mexican dresses. The dresses are a little big, but will be perfect for this summer. Love these dresses... they remind me of San Antonio!
